Happy February babes! It’s that time of the year filled with hearts, roses, chocolate, and all things LOVE! To help celebrate, we’ve searched the web and found some of the dreamiest and loveliest dranks for your Valentine’s or Galentine’s dinner. Whether you’re into Gin or Tequila, or prefer the bubbly, we’ve got some great Valentine’s Day cocktail ideas for you from some of the best!
1/2 oz gin
3-4 dashes orange blossom water
1 egg white
1/2 oz full fat coconut milk
1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 oz rhubarb liqueur
1 oz rosé
1 strawberry, sliced
Fill a tall flute with the rosé and set aside. In a mixing tin, combine the gin, orange blossom water, egg white, coconut milk, lime juice, lemon juice, and rhubarb liqueur. Without adding ice, shake these ingredients well for a full 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again hard for another 30 seconds. Slowly double-strain the mixture into the prepped flute. Garnish with sliced strawberries.

1.5 oz whisky
.5 oz simple syrup
.75 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 large Campari ice cube (below)
Campari Ice Cubes: Combine 1/3 cup of Campari and 2/3 cup of water in glass. Mix well, and pour into ice cube molds, and let it freeze over night. This will make 2 large ice cubes, or 6-8 small ones. Double (or triple!) the recipe if needed.
To make the cocktail, combine all ingredients (except for the Campari cube!) in a shaker with ice. Shake for 8-10 seconds, then strain into a rocks glass over the Campari ice cube, and garnish with a lemon wedge. Sip it slowly to see how the cocktail evolves as the Campari cube melts.

1.5oz strawberry-marshmallow infused vodka (below)
.5 oz soy milk
.75oz strawberry coulis (below)
Strawberry Marshmallow Infused Vodka: Quarter 10 fresh strawberries and place them, as well as a half bag of mini marshmallows, into sealed container with vodka. Allow to sit for 48-hours before serving.
Strawberry Coulis: In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of strawberries, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Transfer to a blender and purée until smooth. Strain and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
To make the cocktail, blend all ingredients (besides sprinkles and cookie) with ice. Dip rim of glass in infused vodka and sprinkles, pour shake into glass, top with cookie, and enjoy!

1 scoop raspberry sorbet
.5 oz elderflower liqueur
Sparkling rosé wine
Edible flowers & fresh raspberries
Scoop the sorbet into a champagne glass and add .5 oz. of elderflower liqueur and then top with the sparkling rosé. Garnish with fresh raspberries and an edible flower garnish.

5 oz Q Drinks grapefruit soda
2 oz mezcal
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz rose simple syrup (below)
Grapefruit slice & rose petals
Rose Simple Syrup: Add 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup dried rose petals into a sauce pan on high. Bring to a boil and take off the heat. Let cool covered. Double strain into a sealed jar. Store in the fridge for up to one month.
To make the cocktail, add all liquid ingredients except grapefruit soda into a shaker. Shake well to help dilute the cocktail a bit since the ice in the glass won’t melt as fast. Remove the glass from the freezer. Strain into the glass. Top with the grapefruit soda and stir. Garnish with grapefruit slice.
Pairs well with: Open Heart Stir Stick
2 oz gin
4 oz tonic water
½ oz violet liquer
¼ tsp blackberry jam
Lime wedges, for juice and garnish
Add gin and violet liqueur to a glass filled with ice. Squeeze in juice of one lime wedge. Add tonic water and stir to combine. Mix in jam and garnish with lime wedge (and flowers, if you’re so inclined!).

2 cans of Sofia champagne
2 sticks of pink rock candy
2 tablespoons raspberries
2 heart shaped cubes of ice
Add one cube of ice to each glass. Pour in champagne and add one tablespoon of raspberries to each glass. Muddle raspberries gently with rock candy and leave rock candy in as a garnish.
