12 Days of Cocktails

Happy holidays babes!! We are in the BEST spirit over here at The Roc Shop, which may or may not have anything to do with these delish recipes for our 12 days of cocktails… Ha! Whether or not you’re hosting a holiday party for friends or just a party for one on the couch, these recipes are sure to bring you lots of joy this season. And to make things even better, we have a recipe for each day until Christmas! So grab your shakers, bar spoons and jiggers, it’s time to mix up a few glasses of cheer!!

12 Days of Cocktails | The Roc Shop1. Kiss From a Rosé

1 oz vodka

.5 oz Bruto Americano

.5 oz lemon

.5 oz strawberry syrup

Sparkling rosé

Shake vodka, Bruto Americano, lemon, and strawberry syrup and strain into coupe glass. Top with sparking rosé and garnish with a strawberry slice and Northern Star stir stick!

2. Winter Smash

1 oz bourbon

1 oz apple brandy

.75 oz lemon

.75 oz strawberry syrup

3-4 mint leaves

Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Strain into glass filled with crushed ice. To finish off the look, garnish with fresh strawberries, additional mint leaves, and a pair of Naughty & Nice stir sticks!

3. Choco Cinnamon Old Fashioned

2 oz bourbon

1 bar spoon of cinnamon syrup

2 dashes chocolate bitters

Add ingredients into mixing glass and stir thoroughly with ice. Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with a cinnamon stick and orange zest. Complete the look with a Deer Stag drink stirrer.

4. Cherry Blossom

2 oz gin

2 drops orange flower water

.75 oz lemon

.75 oz black cherry cordial

1 egg white

Dry shake all ingredients in shaker and whip vigorously. Add ice to shaker, shake again, and double strain into glass. Finish with a flower garnish and our Christmas Tree Stir Stick.

5. Naughty Sour

2 oz bourbon

.75 oz lemon

.75 oz cane syrup

.5 oz Cabernet Sauvignon

Shake bourbon, lemon and cane syrup in a shaker with ice. Strain over fresh ice. Add Cabernet Sauvignon over the back of a bar spoon so it floats! For a modern touch, add our Geometric Gold Stir Sticks and Gold Paint Splatter Coasters!

6. Bramble On

2 oz vodka

.75 oz lemon

.75 oz cane syrup

Muddled blackberry

Mint

Add ingredients to shaker and gently muddle berries and mint. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain and serve over fresh ice. Garnish with a blackberry, mint sprig, and Deer Antler Stir Stick.

7. Holiday Greenery

2 oz matcha tea-infused vodka

.5 oz maraschino cherry juice

.5 oz. dry vermouth

.75 oz lemon

Combine ingredients in shaker and shake. Strain into glass and serve up. For a stylish touch, use our Gold Foil Starburst Coasters!

8. Warm and Cozy

.75 oz light rum

.75 oz dark rum

.75 oz horchata syrup

.75 oz lime

.5 oz fresh cream

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into glass and garnish with grated cinnamon, nutmeg and a White Christmas Tree Stir Stick.

1.5 oz gin

.5 oz st. Germaine

1 oz grapefruit juice

½ lemon

Rosemary

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain into highball glass. Add a rosemary sprig and grapefruit zest to garnish, along with a Geometric Cocktail Stirrer!

10. Black Snow

1.5 oz charcoal infused tequila

.5 oz mezcal

Dash of orange bitters

.75 oz lime

.5 oz simple syrup

Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with orange zest and a Deer Stag Stir Stick.

1.5 oz cognac

.5 oz amaro

.75 oz spearmint syrup

.75 oz lemon

Shake all ingredients and strain over ice. Garnish with mint leaves and a Silver Twinkling Star Swizzle Stick.

12. León Rojo

2 oz tequila blanco

.5 oz Cointreau

.5 oz pomegranate grenadine

.75 oz lime

Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain over fresh ice into rocks glass. Garnish with lime wedge and pomegranate seeds. Create a holiday look with our Gold Foil Happy Holidays Napkins and Modern Geometric Coasters!
